Panko fried Cod

First buy about 2 to 3 lbs. Of Cod, buy Panko bread crumbs, buy some Ritz crackers, buy some good Hot sauce and buttermilk, soak half to full small bottle of hot sauce, mix with 1 cup of buttermilk, 1 teaspoon of sea salt,  1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, crushed black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of cayenne pepper, 1 egg mixed with all ingredients thoroughly, heat Canola oil for 5 to 7 minutes, place fish in mixture, crush Ritz crackers, mix with panko in a separate pan and dip fish in egg mixture, then dip in Panko/Ritz cracker mixture. Place fish in hot oil, reduce heat to a medium setting and cook fish until golden brown on each side. You have no idea how good this is, with Cole Slaw, potato salad, or French fries, or all, you figure it out, whatever you choose, believe me it's going to be delicious!
