Panko fried Cod

First buy about 2 to 3 lbs. Of Cod, buy Panko bread crumbs, buy some Ritz crackers, buy some good Hot sauce and buttermilk, soak half to full small bottle of hot sauce, mix with 1 cup of buttermilk, 1 teaspoon of sea salt,  1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, crushed black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of cayenne pepper, 1 egg mixed with all ingredients thoroughly, heat Canola oil for 5 to 7 minutes, place fish in mixture, crush Ritz crackers, mix with panko in a separate pan and dip fish in egg mixture, then dip in Panko/Ritz cracker mixture. Place fish in hot oil, reduce heat to a medium setting and cook fish until golden brown on each side. You have no idea how good this is, with Cole Slaw, potato salad, or French fries, or all, you figure it out, whatever you choose, believe me it's going to be delicious! I hope you love this as much as I do, eat up, and enjoy to the fullest!

The best ever seven layer dip to go with your fish fry party!

First in foremost let me just mention that I absolutely love a good 7 layer bean dip. But the one recipe that I came up with is truly amazing! I went to the market a couple of days ago and bought myself two large cans of refried beans (Rosarita or any other brand that may interest you), and secondly I had my fiancĂ© make up some of her famous Mexican style salsa. But you can buy store bought brand it'll do just fine. Secondly, I bought myself a large sour cream, a large bag of 2 to 4 cups of  Mexican cheese blend, a can of sliced olives, a jar of jalapenos, some green onions,8 medium size avocados, 2 small white onions or 1 large white onion, a fresh bulb of garlic, 1 bunch of cilantro and a couple of limes and sea salt, and last but not least cracked pepper cracked pepper. First peel avocados and take Pitts out. Also buy some cumin, you can buy the package that cost about .99 cents, it'll do just fine. Cut onion, garlic, lime, cilantro, mash avocados, and add diced onions, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, sea salt, cumin and cracked pepper. Cook beans for about ten minutes, let cool and then spread them at the bottom of pan or bowl, then guacamole, salsa, sour cream, cheese , olives, green onions. Now you're finished all you need is a bag if tortilla chips and now you're good to go, enjoy!
